Agestrong is a group strength and balance program for older people that no longer feel confident to access mainstream classes. It is a supportive program run by trained leaders and supported by health professionals. The role of an Agestrong Volunteer is to assist the exercise leader to run a safe and supportive exercise program, create a welcoming atmosphere by being a friendly face and helping clients feel more supported in the group environment.

As you volunteer sing, play and perform, you'll be providing a great live music experience for elderly people living at HammondCare in Horsley.
