Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

Do you enjoy pottering around in the garden and being outdoors? As a not for profit organisation, we rely on the support of the community to help find our shelter animals forever homes. This rewarding volunteer role involves maintaining already established gardens including watering, weeding, mulching, hedge trimming, and may also include some small maintenance tasks, depending on the individual needs of the Rehoming Centre.

We are looking for someone who can help with the gardening or groundsman work at the school. The school grounds need regular cleaning, gardening, trimming bushes and trees, leave blowing etc. Ideally the person can also repair small things and help with small tasks like hanging pictures, building small shelves and etc. Preferably supply own tools.
