Would you like to support the RSPCA South Australia (located at Lonsdale) through becoming one of the Gardening and Maintenance Volunteers?
Are you aged 18, or older?
Gardening and Maintenance Volunteers are key to assisting the RSPCA South Australia team in maintaining their outdoor grounds, plants and trees.
Their team performs a range of general maintenance tasks, performs routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Working with tools and basic light machinery performing preventative maintenance, handling basic repairs, prepare walls and other surfaces for painting.
Those with a forklift licence or a drivers licence may have additional opportunities (but its not a requirement).
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Opening hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm. Morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts available (Monday - Sunday) Volunteer must be willing to do at least one 4hr shift per fortnight Short term or long term commitment optional.
