Volunteering with Valley RDA is a very rewarding experience assisting riders with varied abilities to reach their goals as a rider whilst improving their physical mental and emotional well being. ### **Sydney 10 is back for 2024!** We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the delivery of the Sydney 10 which is the NSW 10km Road Championships on Sunday 19th May at Sydney Olympic Park.

Our Technical Volunteer designs, makes or modifies aids and equipment for people with a disability or the frail aged when there is no commercial solution available. Volunteers undertake project work in their own homes and sheds using their own tools.
