Merri Health

Merri Health was formed in 1994 through the amalgamation of the former Coburg Community Health Centre, Brunswick Community Health Centre and Co-Care (Youth and Disability Health Service). It operates from a number of sites in the City of Moreland and in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

We aspire to make a positive difference in people’s lives by being an innovative and integrated Health, Community and Advocacy service provider.
