About this opportunity
Work in your own work shop to design and or modify existing aids or equipment for people with disabilities.
Also work with the project co-coordinator, client and carers to assess the relevant needs. The equipment can then be designed, refined and constructed in your own workshop.
Additional requirements
Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
Have a work shop or have access to one.
Useful problem solving skills, be innovative, have experience in trades and engineering or, just be an expert handyman.
Your own car is required.
The volunteer can work the hours they have available. Additional information available from agency.
