We are trying to recruit more volunteers to participate in our hot meal deliveries to homeless people. We are trying to find people who are available on various mornings and afternoons as we are now making weekday deliveries.

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre Equine programs by participating in tasks as directed by the Coach. Equine program assistants have a primary role to support RDA Coaches for sessions.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with horse preparation, leading of horses in program sessions, assistance with life skills/groundwork sessions and assisting in the pack up and return of horses to the paddock.
