RDA is a voluntary organisation providing equine-assisted activities for people with disabilities to develop and enhance abilities through programs such as riding, dressage and carriage driving. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. Retail experience would be an asset but not necessary. Friends of the Pound (Tweed) Inc. are an animal rescue organization and rely on the sale of pre-loved items to support the feeding and vet work of the animals in our care.
