CaringKids is seeking passionate and dedicated toy workshop volunteers to join our team. Volunteers will assist with checking and sorting of toy donations, and packing bespoke Toy Boxes filled with games, toys, stationery and sports equipment. These toy boxes we like to call 'Joy Boxes' are created and shipped to children caring for a family member living with a disability or illness across Australia.

As an Operating Theatre Recovery volunteer, you will work closely with staff to support the post-anaesthetic care of patients by providing comfort, as well as reconnecting and regulating caregiver visits. The Hunter Cancer Hub (HCH) Office Administration Volunteer will play a pivotal role in supporting families and individuals who approach The Hub for support.

Monies raised from the shops are donated to purchase important medical equipment for the WCH. As a shop volunteer you will make a valuable contribution to the life of the hospital, the patients, their families and the broader community.
