A general volunteer to care for our gardening tools. Maintenance and stock control of all the varied gardening tools on our Inventory. In the first instance we need someone to care for our hand tools, forks and spades etc, but in addition someone to care for our power tools, lawn mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers etc.

A general volunteer to care for our tents and gazebos and other camping equipment. Love of camping or hiking and experienced in erecting various styles of tents would be preferred. Maintenance and stock control of all the varied camping items on our Inventory.

Community Nursery Assistants support the propagation of local provenance native plants for re-vegetation of the local environment within the City of Greater Geraldton. Many and varied tasks are available, depending on the time of season. Duties include seed collecting, seed sorting, decontaminating benches / pots, pricking plants and propagation. Geraldton Historical Society is looking for Museum Assistant Volunteers for the Lighthouse Keepers Cottage Museum! The museum houses an extensive collection of historical photos, research & reference material, as well as displays of Heritage lifestyle objects regarding the history of the region. A Museum Asst. would Meet and Greet visitors, guide them through the society's rooms, be able to maintain the library & the museum and open the cottage timely. On the job training will be provided.
