And they couldn't do it without the help of amazing volunteers! Spare Parts is on the hunt for volunteers for their Early years Puppetry Program!

Would you like to use your spare time during the week to make a positive impact on young people's lives? Consider volunteering with MercyCare at Early Learning Centre in Piara Waters.

The volunteer will assist with the early literacy program Paint Bunbury REaD which encourages everyone to "talk, read, sing, rhyme, yarn, draw and play with children every day from birth". The volunteer's roles will include monitoring the book swap boxes, creating some resources and assisting at story time events.

Our Social Centre volunteers work alongside our staff in social centres to provide a supportive place for older Australians to connect with others and engage in activities that look after their health and wellbeing. You will help to organise meaningful activities for our clients, such as music, arts, and craft sessions; gardening, and social outings in the community.
