The Forest Discovery Centre is located in the beautiful Jarrah Forest in Dwellingup. We are dedicated to promotion of arts, heritage and environment in our values. We are looking for volunteers to complete 4-6 hours of assorted light building maintenance help around the Forest Discovery Centre.

This will offer a chance to get hands on and creative with the team, sharing your experience for a good cause. Your donation of time and skills will help us to complete the construction of a comfortable Animal Sanctuary with ample spaces for senior dogs and dogs with special needs.

We need the internet at our recently built senior and special needs Dog Sanctuary. They can even meet some of the doggies we rescue!

Are you interested in assisting a Social Support Group of people that have Autism? The position is assisting the Group Leader during various activities by supervising the participants. Experience with Autism is not essential but you must be able to demonstrate a willingness to adapt as required. If you are currently studying disability, social work, youth work, community services, education, psychology, counselling, speech pathology or OT, we offer placements to complete your practicum.

Fortnightly Saturdays 1pm to 4pm or 10am to 1pm in Fremantle. Our group assistants help young people on the Autism Spectrum with various social activities. Activities include arts, crafts, bowling, laser tag and more. This rewarding opportunity would suit those studying community services, social work, psychology etc
