Community Radio Program Preparation with local community radio. 103.9HopeFM is founded on Christian principles, and is operated entirely by volunteers. Preparation for programs involves a variety of tasks, including: pre-recording content, scheduling content, editing audio files, downloading content from the web, ripping content from CD’s, & maintaining the music library. We are a community station that broadcasts family friendly content that aims to bring hope, share joy & build community.

Do you have technical skills that are currently under-utilized? 103.9HopeFM could be the place for you! Your role would be to provide the vital computer and broadcasting technical support for the studio and broadcasting from our studio, and outside broadcasts in the community.

This role has a focus on creating innovative digital experiences, incorporating visual and interaction design to help deliver an exceptional experience and work on existing and new features, and the evolution of our web, app and other company wide visual assets. Working closely with architects, front-end developers and back-end developers, leveraging your knowledge and experience to design solutions which meet the needs of our end users.

We are working on two major projects including a Community Energy Zone and a health initiative. Join our online team of volunteers, including experts and leaders, focused on this next stage. We need skills in WordPress, graphic design, or Google Analytics. Even if you specialize in just one area, we welcome your contribution as we value a team approach
