Northam's Avon Descent Association requires a dynamic Secretary to the Board of Directors, to work closely with the Event Manager and Board of Directors to help coordinate board meetings throughout the year, to help manage one of WA's most dynamic annual events, the Avon River Descent.

Assisting MSWA staff members with setting up the awards table, cheering on swimmers, taking banners down, packing down tables, stacking chairs, and loading event items into the event vehicle

The Club Events/Fundraising Coordinator will be the lead in organising Fundraising Events e.g. Quiz nights, dinners, music/dinner. Manage grants applications. Create fundraising plan and strategy.

Event Planners, here is a chance to showcase your skills!! Ellenbrook Arts will be reopening on 21 June. We require Event Assistants to assist with some upcoming events. You will be setting up food and beverages, service of food and drinks, cleaning away after events, and helping out in general at events. Some lifting may be required and a service of alcohol certificate is a must.
