We are currently without a driver & are looking for a committed person to assist at our Rushcutters Bay village - Elizabeth Lodge. You will be required to take a 4hr driver training course with an NRMA approved trainer & have a medical with your GP - both at Anglicare's expense.

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney provides social support for people over 65 years or older. The volunteers form a part of the Community Services team and provide a variety of services for older clients, including transport to appointments, companionship visits or accompanied shopping. We provide services from Chatswood to Berowra so prefer our volunteers to live on the Lower to Upper North Shore of Sydney.

Help seniors learn to use technology. You will be a member of a supportive team of volunteers, all seniors themselves, offering training either one to one or in small classes using our well-equipped premises at Castle Hill. Training manuals and administrative support are provided.

Our outings are many and varied and you will have a great time. We are a friendly team and our drivers work alongside our assistants and carers to ensure we all have a lot of laughs and a lot of fun. We also reimburse our volunteers $30 per day to cover any out-of-pocket expenses.
