The volunteers form a part of the Community Services team and provide a variety of services for older clients, including transport to appointments, companionship visits or accompanied shopping. Australian Refugee Volunteers (ARV) is an entirely volunteer-run non-religious and apolitical organisation that runs exciting programs for children from asylum seeker and refugee backgrounds in Sydney. Our excursions are a mix of fun and developmental activities that give our clients skills and confidence whilst allowing them to just be kids for the day! Volunteers collect children, bring them together as a program group for the activity, and then drop them home at the end of the day.

Freedom Solutions delivers various services to our clients. Our Freedom Wheels program in particular focuses on creating customised bikes for individuals living with a disability. Sometimes the client cannot take the bike home themselves and needs it delivered. If you would enjoy the special task of delivering a bike to an excited client, then this maybe the role for you!

Driving clients to and from their medical appointments which can be done in one of the Foundation's Cars provided. For our clients it provides, not just free and flexible transport in the metropolitan area, but critical social connections in the community.
