As a Volunteer Policy Officer, you will examine existing policies, identifying areas for improvement and addressing any non-compliance issues. You will be involved in rewriting or restructuring policies to enhance clarity, effectiveness, and relevance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including staff and management, to gain an understanding of the organisation's operations to produce a final report of the implementation of said policies.
