The MSWA Step Up is a unique stair-climbing event that sees our participants climb Perth’s tallest building while raising awareness and vital funds to help support Western Australians living with neurological conditions. Come and join us at Central Park in the Perth CBD, as we cheer on and support our 2024 climbers.

General Volunteers operate in departments within the hospital based on their experience and/or interest. The volunteers will carry out a range of activities designed to support patients and their visitors during their stay at the hospital. A volunteer has the opportunity to have a more ongoing interaction with a particular ward or clinical service

Our Pathfinders are RMHC WA advocates across King Edward Memorial Hospital. They support patients and visitors to the hospital and provide assistance to hospital staff, clinics and wards.

Our Gatekeepers to the Universe welcome our visitors to the historical Perth Observatory nestled in state forest in Bickley. These Administration volunteers get to do a variety of tasks from showing visitors around the museum and shop, to handing office tasks. League of Latin American Migrants Australia (LLAMA) is looking for facilitators for free online English sessions. The sessions are aimed at Spanish-speaking migrants and potential migrants and offer the opportunity for developing conversational and writing skills in a fun and informal way. You do not have to be a qualified teacher - just someone who is a native English speaker interested in participating in the vibrant Latino community!
