We're looking for volunteers with a background in woodwork or manual arts to build share your skills and build rapport with our clients to help them achieve a sense of independence and achievement through the completion of their project. In the VisAbility Community Centre we offer a range of activities to our clients who have low or no vision. We're looking for committed, ongoing volunteers who enjoy creative and recreational activities to support our clients to do the same! Does this sound like you?

Give back to your local community by providing a valuable food service, where profits generated are used to purchase equipment and resources for the Hospital, and develop friendships that can extend outside of the Hospital environment.

The group of volunteers, called 'The Friends' are like minded people of all ages and backgrounds who "like to help". Friendships are formed.
