Lifeline Narrm exists to support people in crisis and save the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide. Our Telephone Crisis Support Volunteers are essential in making a difference in the lives of Victorians who call 13 11 14.

The Family Drug Helpline provides information, support and referrals to people who have someone in their life using alcohol or other drugs. The helpline is staffed by volunteers. THIS IS A PEER SUPORT ROLE, filled by people who have personal experience of being impacted by someone’s substance use. This lived experience is the key selection criteria.
