The group is a safe space for to help participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.

We offer a compassionate space where people can express and explore their experiences without being judged. We provide this service through our toll-free helpline, booked support calls, online forums, support groups, self-care information, education, resources, and training programs.
