Help facilitate play, activities and distraction for patients, siblings and visitors at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. Join our volunteer team to provide moments of happiness and social connection in the hospital environment.

Here is your chance to make a difference! You will be able to achieve this by organising and preparing a weekly/fortnightly/monthly meal for people who may be experiencing, (or who are at risk of) homelessness as well as other vulnerable groups in the community. This volunteer role involves working with a small team of like-minded volunteers who will create a warm & welcoming space for meals to be served, and engage with clients who attend in a respectful and non-judgemental manner.

The Inala Multicultural Festival is a FREE one-day-only event, available to families in our local community and surrounding areas. It combines multicultural performances, rides, great food and diverse stalls. We are looking for a team of amazing volunteers to assist with the set-up/down and running of this exciting event in the Inala community! We would love for you to be part of the event.

Drive for Life is a driver training and mentoring program that equips young people who are overcoming adversity, to obtain their drivers licence. The program removes the barriers and provides a pathway towards positive role models, developing independent life skills and improving employment prospects. Help build and support your community by providing support for our social groups, enabling them to attend outings / activities / events in the Community. Our volunteer drivers are needed to assist with the driving of our 10 - 12 seater Toyota HiAce mini-bus (C Class Licence is sufficient). Our volunteers are highly valued and appreciated and we could not provide outings for our community without them! Applicants would need to be fully vaccinated and be eligible for a Blue Card.
