Get2Know is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Support Coordinator who is able to use their understanding of the disability sector to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants. The right candidate will be highly compassionate and caring, be able to think outside the box, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills used to speak to our internal and external stakeholders.

As the Learning and development Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing a program of work aligned to the G2K’s Training Strategy and Plan to build best practice in training and competency. You will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating various training programs and events as per training needs of the project.

Music can heal, uplift and even transform lives but the people who need it most often have the least access to it. That is where A Sound Life comes in - we do all the legwork to make it easy for you to simply turn up and perform your music either live over Zoom or directly to patients by their bedside in hospitals. Our next Musician Training Day is happening on Sunday, April 28 from 10am-3pm at Together2, Rozelle in Sydney and via Zoom.

The Roundabout Project is a volunteer peer support project that aims to assist participants with Disability to engage with our LGBTIQA+ community encouraging networking and connections. The program provides special interest group discussion's for blind and low vision people all around Australia to interact with one another via phone. The volunteer Facilitator is charged with connecting the groups on a regular connection schedule, promotes positive communication between the participants and adds to the discussion.

Telelink Connectors and admin support volunteers help support one of the longest running programs to assist people that are blind or low vision to live the life that they choose. The Telelink program provides special interest group discussion's for blind and low vision people all the way around Australia to interact with one another via phone with a volunteer facilitator. The connection volunteer is charged with connecting the groups on a regular connection schedule.

This exciting role involves interpreting our clients' communication to family members, and medical and other support staff. The role is suitable for students learning AUSLAN.
