Telelink Facilitator
About this opportunity
• Facilitate Telelink sessions • Self-host Telelink group connections • Facilitate roll call to introduce all participants to the group • Take the Telelink group attendance (as required) • Facilitate group discussion and encourage individuals to participate if they wish • Report attendance and conduct administrative tasks in relation to the Telelink session • Liaise with Telelink Program staff • Participate in quarterly Telelink facilitator meetings • Participate in Telelink facilitator training and development opportunities • Contribute to Telelink program development & planning • Having high level interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent listening skills • A clear speaking voice • Encouraging individual and group discussion • Working with people who have a disability or sensory loss • Computer proficiency including an active email address. • Multiple vacancies on numerous topics available (some require lived experience of sight loss)
Additional requirements
Covid-19 vaccination . National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.
NDIS certification.
Variable, probably weekly for 1 hour for a 12 months term.
