Gardening & Maintenance Volunteers are key to assisting the RSPCA South Australia team in maintaining their outdoor grounds, plants and trees. Their team performs a range of general maintenance tasks, performs routine inspections of premises and equipment. Working with tools and basic light machinery performing preventative maintenance, handling basic repairs, prepare walls and other surfaces for painting etc.

Do you enjoy the smell of freshly cut timber? Would you like to tap your creative side and turn your hand to making, eg a bird box for someone’s garden, or a Christmas decoration for someone’s front door? Or maybe you'd like to make minor repairs to a piece of furniture that comes into ReStore needing a little bit of love and attention. If so, come and volunteer at ReStore, Habitat for Humanity’s ‘op shop for building materials and furniture’ at 102 Port Road, Alberton. Open Mon-Sat 9am-4pm
