About Habitat for Humanity SA
Habitat for Humanity is a global not-for-profit provider of housing for low-income families in need.
We believe that a decent home provides much more than bricks and mortar. It’s the foundation for giving families the opportunity to be healthier, happier and more secure, and leads to stronger communities that can then grow and sustain themselves.
In South Australia, we create housing solutions through our home maintenance and repair “Brush with Kindness” program and by partnering with other organisations to build and renovate accommodation.
In times of disaster, we mobilise volunteers to clear damaged infrastructure and vegetation to support families and communities recover from the impact of fire and floods.
