We are seeking a Board Director with legal qualifications who wants to advance Eva Tilley’s mission to embrace, enhance and strengthen the relationships, connections and support networks of our residents and their families and friends.

Do you speak Italian and have some spare time? Make a difference to the lives of elderly Italian residents by chatting in Italian and helping them to feel less socially isolated and lonely.

Social Support Volunteers encourage and support community engagement, independent living and enable socially isolated people to ‘get back to the things they love’ through meaningful social connections. Volunteers work with people to meet their social support goals. This might involve having a conversation with someone over a cuppa at home, or getting out and about with a group doing something the person enjoys.

Would you like to get involved in a truly heart-warming volunteer role? We are currently needing volunteers to provide social visits to residents at our Residential Aged Care in North Geelong. This could involve good conversation over a cup of tea, sitting in our beautiful courtyard together, reading or listening to music together.

Can you speak Italian, Dutch, Croatian or Serbian? We are currently looking for volunteers in these languages, to visit residents and converse in their language, at our Residential Aged Care in North Geelong.
