About this opportunity
Engage and enable clients to achieve their social goals as detailed in their support plan Reduce client social isolation and increase client community engagement Participate in activities with clients that align with the values and social support focus of the service Monitor and communicate with the Team Leader any changes in the clients circumstances (physical and mental health or living situation) Maintain punctuality and reliability Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Qualificational/licences
Current Working with Children Check
Police Check (Facilicitated by Uniting prior to commencement of role)
International Police Check (applicable if you have lived overseas in the last 10
years for 12 months or more)
Statutory declaration (Applicable if you were born over seas and moved to Australia
after the age of 16)
Minimum commitment of 12 months
Applicant must be over the age of 18 years
Current drivers license (as applicable)
2-3 hours per week
