The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) are seeking interested people to assist in the continued maintenance of the historic ship Polly Woodside and her surrounds. Now is your chance to join our passionate team of volunteers and enjoy being part of a once in a life opportunity to work with an historic ship.

An opportunity for those who love model/miniature railways. We have a 7 ¼” gauge railway around the grounds that is available to visitors most days we are open. We have 3 locomotives (Steam, petrol, hydraulic). We are looking for someone who will be a practical leading-hand for this museum activity: From driving to track-work. The line has opportunities for development and a range of projects are possible with the right person to take the lead.

Pearn's Steam World has one of the best collection of agricultural steam engines, tractors and other farming artifacts in Australia. These need maintenance, preservation, restoration, or rebuilding depending on their condition. We welcome anyone with the skills and/or aptitude to join the team who care for the collection. The collection ranges from large steam engines to small items such as hand-cranked seeders and butter churns.

Do you fancy yourself as a bit of a Jack / Jan of all trades? Join our restoration team, which you would join, is tasked with the responsibility of restoring and maintaining the train collection at Bennett Brook Railway. Tradies and non tradies welcome!

This unique unpaid role of a Maintenance Volunteer crew member will support the team at the Historic Ketch Falie, by assisting with a wide range of important maintenance and restoration tasks.
