Prepare, cook and pack meals from scratch for the homeless & needy.

CUDL urgently requires cooks to prepare meals at home for distribution at our street kitchen in Whitmore Square in the city. Volunteers will prepare budget meals at home once a month for collection by one of our team of drivers. Meals will go to the growing number of people in Adelaide experiencing homelessness who, otherwise, would go hungry.

Empowering people who are experiencing homelessness by creating home cooked meals. All food and containers are provided from our North Parramatta Distribution Centre.

Our Big Kitchen needs a volunteer front-of-house person to welcome both corporate group attendees and individual volunteers. Your presence will help make a difference by increasing customer experience and ensure that we track the correct data for us to improve the way we help the community.

The Footpath Library is Australia's only free mobile library, and our books are a gift to those who have difficulty accessing good quality reading material. We're looking for volunteers who can support our service delivery on a monthly basis, mostly during business hours in the week. Locations are Newtown, Waterloo, South Marrickville (daytime) and Sydney CBD (evenings)

You'll be welcomed into the supersized commercial kitchen. You'll get busy in the kitchen transforming rescued food into nutritious meals, that will be delivered to disadvantaged communities.
