The Hyland House Respite Centre in Petrie is currently looking for volunteers for our Hobby Shed to assist older persons and people with a disability in making items with wood. This includes painting and glueing. No special skills are needed, just patience and an interest in wood crafts.

You will be able to achieve this by organising and preparing a weekly/fortnightly/monthly meal for people who may be experiencing, (or who are at risk of) homelessness as well as other vulnerable groups in the community.
