This program provides an opportunity for women in the City of Whittlesea to work towards getting their Victorian Driver’s License. This program aims to support culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) women who may be at risk of being socially isolated, become more independent and want to access formal and informal support networks.

The community visitors scheme role involves visiting an older person on a regular basis to help alleviate loneliness and isolation. People who speak a second language, even if they have low English speaking skills, are welcome. Travel reimbursement is available.
