Many of AccessCare’s clients live alone and can be quite isolated, so this program is intended to help encourage social connections and mental wellbeing. As an invaluable part of this program, you will be paired with an AccessCare client with whom you share similar interests and will regularly spend time with that client doing an activity you both enjoy.
