Through our volunteer programs, we provide social support and friendship to people with a cognitive disability and older Australians who are at risk of loneliness and social isolation.

Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. The services are both internal and external to SCHS and together have a ‘no wrong door’ approach to navigating the individual health and wellbeing pathways of families and children.
