Come along to our Play and Learn Playgroup at Moorditj Kulungar Kwinana. This session provides learning through play opportunities and a safe space for children and families to connect. The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.

Volunteers are needed to help the Disabled Surfers Association "Let's Go Surfing Days". Volunteers will be helping in the water, standing on each side when the surfer comes surfing into the shore, clapping and encouraging as well as guiding them to stay in (need many people to do this). The role is supporting parents, grandparents, and significant others in a child's life to navigate the Child Safety system. FIN Townsville offers free independent support to all families involved in Child Safety to ensure the safety of children is paramount, and families are appropriately supported.
