A Sound Life provides therapeutic and trauma informed yoga and meditation sessions with our participants of varying physical and mental abilities. Our sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and are designed to connect, uplift their spirits while empowering them. Spend time with an elderly Lady who would like a Greek speaking social visitor at our residential aged care home at Darlinghurst. We are looking for a caring individual who can sit and have a chat, reminisce, and talk about topics of interest. Ideally you will be a fluent Greek speaker.

Palliative Care patients often find need of social support as their disease progresses. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to visit palliative care patients in their homes to offer social support. Typically, this will be once per week for between 1-4 hours depending on the needs of the patient.
