The Friends of the PMI work as a close-knit team and are responsible for managing our book sale and history showcase, shelving returned books, running family history workshops and our book club.

You will be matched with families and tasks based on your experience, skills and interests and the family’s needs. We would like you to commit for 12 months and to be flexible when volunteering. The support you are expected to give will vary from family to family and may change during your time with us. We will provide you with adequate training and supervision.

Are you resourceful, a good communicator and passionate about reducing social isolation in the community? The Parents Hub supports parents caring for infants and toddlers who have additional needs. Help support the group facilitators with the weekly hosting of parent gatherings. This group engages isolated families and encourages network building! Wednesdays from 9.30am-10.30am.
