As a Girl Guides Assistant District Manager, you help girls and young women become leaders, develop practical and life skills, and serve their communities, through managing and supporting other volunteers and building relationships within the community. This involves problem solving and teamwork.

The group is youth-led and leads a range of topics pertaining to youth and advocates for issues to be addressed.
