Special Olympics Melbourne Inner East (MIE) is looking for a skilled volunteer to coordinate our communications team and content delivery, and represent this team through reporting to and sitting on the MIE Committee, as Communications Coordinator. Riding for the Disabled Association SA Inc is a voluntary, not for profit, organisation providing horse riding and related activities as sport, active recreation and basic therapy for people with disabilities. Through horse riding at RDA SA, people of all ages can enjoy a safe, stimulating, healthy activity. We are looking for someone who can help with the gardening or groundsman work at the school. The school grounds need regular cleaning, gardening, trimming bushes and trees, leave blowing etc. Ideally the person can also repair small things and help with small tasks like hanging pictures, building small shelves and etc. Preferably supply own tools.

Limbs 4 Life Incorporated is seeking to appoint a volunteer for our Board of Management. We are a dynamic non-profit organisation; established to provide information, support and access to resources for people affected by limb loss. Limbs 4 Life advocate for people with limb loss and their carers to state and federal government departments.

Join us to work alongside participants who have a variety of disabilities (physical, cognitive, psychosocial/mental health) in a garden environment. You will work with participants to complete activities in the garden, or in one of the specialist programs. Volunteers may be required to undertake some physical tasks such as weeding, digging and moving plants around the site.

Variety of maintenance. Peel Horse Power, Kwinana. Role includes fencing, reticulation, gardening and machinery maintenance. MUST have own transport. It would be a real benefit to be able to drive a tractor.

The Volunteers Hub at Diamond Valley Community Support is advertising this volunteer role on behalf of Lower Plenty Dance Group, a small not-for-profit volunteer organization running live and online weekly dance for people with intellectual disabilities. The Committee meets every second month on the 3rd Thursday for approx 2 hours to manage the dance group affairs.
