The Hopewell Centre is currently recruiting volunteers to assist across a number of our programs, including gardeners and entertainers.

Wesley Mission Queensland’s Elorac Place Community Centre is looking for volunteer Kids Club Activity Assistants to help set up the Kids Club program and facilitate activities to make it a fun and safe space for those attending the centre on Wednesdays between 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

We are in much need of a volunteer to help prepare and serve nutritious & delicious meals to our lovely clients onsite at our Leisure Centre activities in Guildford. These social outings are so important to the lives of our clients as they get to enjoy a friendly and safe space for them to socialise, enjoy a day full of activities and have a delicious home cooked meal in good company.

Volunteers required in our dementia specific Activity Centre's. Key duties can include the following, assisting our Activity Officers with activities, assistance with preparing meals, serving of meals, general kitchen duties, becoming a bus host on our Community Transport bus, which would involve transporting clients to and from Centre. If there is a particular role you are interested in, then that is completely up to you.

Regis Bunbury is seeking a volunteer passionate about gardening to assist in individual and group gardening activities. Knowledge in raised garden beds, pot plants and seasonal planting is desirably however all persons who can inspire residents to continue their gardening hobby will be considered. We are looking for a volunteer available on a weekly basis, with times and days negotiable.
