Members of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney’s (LLH2HS’s) Community Crew can volunteer with one of Australia’s leading crisis-support and suicide-prevention organisation to help build resilience and increase safety in our community.

We are looking for local guides and members of the community to meet with newly arrived families to help them learn about their new surroundings and their responsibilities as tenants. Volunteers who can communicate with clients in the basics of English and provide transport.

Want to work collaboratively with the ASWC staff to deliver Saturday Programs. This support can include: delivering social activities for people seeking asylum, assist with collecting food parcels at the centre, administrative tasks, general cleaning and maintenance of the centre, and contributing ideas for Saturday excursions. Fleet vehicle available for excursions (drivers license essential)
