Boccia SA is holding our State titles from 8th until 10th June 2024 at The Lights Community and Sports Centre. We are seeking volunteers to help us time keep games via a app on iPads. You will be taught how to do the timekeeping. Each day starts at 8:30am and finishes by 5pm. You don't need to attend the whole day or every day if you can't commit for the entire weekend and there will be vouchers for all volunteers to get something from the cafe and lunch provided. WWCC is required.

An exciting opportunity exists for you to volunteer to assist us in running a Road Safety Program called ‘bstreetsmart’ at Qudos Bank Arena from 20-22 August 2024. Year 10 to 12 school students aged 16 –18 will attend the event with the aim to decrease road trauma in this age group. Maroondah Winter Shelter provides a safe and warm place for homeless males to stay overnight during the winter months, 7 nights per week. Home cooked meals are provided. As a volunteer you would be making a difference to the lives of those who have been sleeping rough. Being able to listen, show care and treat our guests with dignity and compassion is what we ask for.
