You will be helping people to connect through regular conversations, digital skills, setting up emails, MyGov accounts, help them with online shopping, possibly setting up their resumes, looking for work etc. You will also connect people with other services like Centrelink, food services, housing, healthcare and counselling.

Volunteer as a Facilitator to guide students through the digital resources and conduct facilitated small group discussion at Courage to Care workshops for Victorian students. The role of the Drop-In Support Volunteer is to support PCYC with the execution of PCYC’s diversionary “Drop In” program which supports youth participation through physical engagement in a safe and positive environment. This role focusses on supporting the PCYC staff with program and activity preparations, general engagements, and pack down of activity.
