Your visit may be spent reminiscing about the good old days and family, celebrating Italian festivities while sitting around having a cuppa or enjoying a leisurely activity like going for a short walk, do a puzzle, read Italian stories etc.

While the primary role of the SES is to respond to incidents involving floods and storms, it also provides crucial support and assistance to other emergency service organisations. SES is open to men and women with a reasonable degree of physical fitness and a passion to get involved within their community. When a natural disaster strikes or an emergency situation arises, DFES’s SES volunteers can be found providing a wide range of volunteer services to help the community.
