Our retail area is open to the public for plant sales. More indigenous plants in gardens and larger revegetation projects provide habitat for native animals, birds and insects, and reduce species loss. We rely on volunteers but lockdowns hit us hard. We are looking for female volunteer who can speak Italian to spend some quality time with an elderly lady who lives in Avondale Heights. Your visit may be spent reminiscing about the good old days and family, celebrating Italian festivities while sitting around having a cuppa or enjoying a leisurely activity like going for a short walk, do a puzzle, read Italian stories etc.
