Assist and be part of a team to support a small group of children 8 - 12 years of age with their homework once weekly on Tuesdays after school from 3.30 - 5.00 pm. This is more a support than a tutoring role; therefore, no experience or level of education is required. The sessions will always close with a fun activity for the children. The role is not necessarily a weekly commitment; a roster system is available.

Motivated people are invited to make an Expression of Interest in volunteering for the 2024/2025 season with Team Connect WA. As a Local Coordinator, you will provide additional support to a High School Exchange student from overseas who is living with a host family and attending High School in your local community. A Local Coordinator must live within 2 hours of where a student is living. If you are interested in other cultures, young people and families, this role is perfect for you. You may have been an exchange student or host family yourself - but that is not a requirement.
