Looking for an energetic individual to join NSW SES as Deputy Unit Commander (Operations) Griffith. Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 12 months and two to three hours per fortnight.

The services are required of a person to co-ordinate the cataloguing and filing of photographs donated to the Macleay River Historical Society. The person will also be responsible for the maintenance of our collection of over 60,000 historical photographs and records associated with these.

JoCare understands that technology can help stave off loneliness and can enrich an older person’s life by opening up communication with family, grandchildren, community events, online courses, online meetings and can provide another avenue for regular contact. JoCare Digital Mentors provide support to older people in a group setting where volunteers have the support of other mentors. You do not need to be an expert, just enjoy the benefits of technology. Are you passionate about music and looking to make a difference? Join our dedicated team at Vision Australia and help make music accessible to individuals with vision impairments through our Braille Music Transcription Service. Volunteer for a three-hour shift once a week. Work remotely over the phone, with music scores emailed to you for transcription.
