A Day Centre providing social activities and and contact for older people who have intellectual, physical and psychiatric disabilities requires volunteers to offer companionship to the consumers and assist with various activities.

The Marine Discovery Centre now hosts more than 7000 students from more than 100 schools each year. It also provides school holiday programs, corporate team building days and more. Meals on Wheels (MOW) volunteers play an integral role transporting nutritious meals from a MOW meal provider to older people in our communities. For many MOW recipients, the volunteer is the only person they see that day, so the service also plays a vital role in social connection and monitoring wellbeing of older people. If you are a caring and compassionate individual with a vehicle, a drivers' licence, and a desire to help people, then we would love to hear from you!
