Maroondah Winter Shelter provides a safe and warm place for homeless males to stay overnight during the winter months, 7 nights per week. Home cooked meals are provided. As a volunteer you would be making a difference to the lives of those who have been sleeping rough. Our Reception Concierge Support Volunteers are the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. They work with our client services staff to welcome community members and make sure they have everything they need to make their reception and appointment waiting time as comfortable as possible.

The role is supporting parents, grandparents, and significant others in a child's life to navigate the Child Safety system. FIN Townsville offers free independent support to all families involved in Child Safety to ensure the safety of children is paramount, and families are appropriately supported.
