Inclusion Melbourne’s Leisure Buddy program matches like-minded people to undertake social activities within our community on a fortnightly basis. We are focused on creating genuine, long term connections between volunteers and our Leisure Buddy participants. Limbs 4 Life Incorporated is seeking to appoint a volunteer for our Board of Management. We are a dynamic non-profit organisation; established to provide information, support and access to resources for people affected by limb loss. Limbs 4 Life advocate for people with limb loss and their carers to state and federal government departments.

At the Caboolture Historical Village we have many school excursions to educate our children about our cultural heritage. We demonstrate the use of a copper boiler to do washing, an old printing press, dairy equipment and blacksmithing. We also have a replica of the First Fleet and can give a talk about the first settlement at Port Phillip. We need people who can work well with children, keep them interested and entertained. All training will be provided.

Customer service and food preparation in our cafe and tea room. Meals are simple and easy to prepare and all necessary training will be provided. No previous experience is required.

We need people who can work well with different groups of people, keeping them interested and educated about the various buildings and items on the Caboolture Historical Village grounds and the history associated with them.

Volunteering with Valley RDA is a very rewarding experience assisting riders with varied abilities to reach their goals as a rider whilst improving their physical mental and emotional well being. It is also giving them a fun, joyful experience. You will be a valued team member working alongside like minded volunteers and of course our beautiful horses. (Y)
